Busy gourmet burger restaurant looking for hard working cooks who are able to handle pressure, standing for extended periods, and have a passion for everything burgers. Must be able to work as a team, under pressure, be able to multitask, and are able to handle different customer orders.Responsibilities: Stocking / Receiving Products; Inventory Control (FIFO); Scheduling; Consistently following kitchen standard operating procedures; Promote a safe and sanitized work area; Able to meet and maintain standards set by the owners; Food portion, monitor and minimize waste; Work with BOH kitchen staff to prepare, cook and plate all dishes for our menus; Able to multitask and pay attention to details; Maintain a positive attitude toward the job being performed; Report to work on time (as scheduled) and in the proper uniform that you provided.Job Requirements: 2 years’ experience is recommended but not mandatory in a Food & Beverage environment; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Pleasant, respectful and professional when communicating with others; Willing to work on your own and with a team; Detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Able to work well under pressure; Well-organized, attention to detail and can work effectively under tight time restraints; Able to perform physically demanding duties (standing, lifting, walking); We offer a Benefits package (Dental, Medical & Vision); Part-time or Fulltime hours: 30–40 per week.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time.
