About the Role
The Program Manager is a senior member of the Professional Services Delivery organisation, responsible for leading large, complex, multi-workstream client engagements with significant delivery, commercial, and stakeholder complexity. The role provides end-to-end orchestration, governance, and integration across projects, workstreams, and delivery teams—bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring delivery against committed scope, timelines, and value.
The Program Manager ensures alignment across workstreams, manages cross-project dependencies, and provides program-level governance, risk management, and visibility in complex, fast-moving
environments. By coordinating across teams and stakeholders, the role plays a critical part in enabling
successful delivery outcomes.
As a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, the Program Manager works closely with internal teams to support the successful execution of Kinaxis’ most complex and high-impact client engagements.
