About the team
The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a highly strategic and analytical role designed to amplify the effectiveness, leverage, and impact of the CEO. This individual will operate as a force multiplier — driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational rigor, leading cross-functional programs, and conducting quantitative and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.

What you will do
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive enterprise strategy formulation, long-range planning, and annual operating planning.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs and milestones
- Monitor execution against corporate priorities and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
- Support board preparation, investor materials, and strategic narratives
Quantitative Modeling & Analysis
- Build and maintain complex financial and operational models (e.g., growth scenarios, capital allocation, M&A cases, pricing strategy).
- Conduct rigorous analysis to support strategic investments and trade-off decisions.
- Support due diligence efforts for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and accountability frameworks that are nimble and agile
- Drive alignment across product, GTM, services delivery, finance, and operations functions.
- Ensure disciplined follow-through on key CEO and ELT priorities.
Executive & Board Support
- Prepare high-quality materials for Board meetings.
- Support earnings preparation and investor-related strategic analysis.
- Help shape executive communications internally and externally.
- Act as a strategic thought partner in executive-level discussions.
Organizational Leverage & Special Projects
- Proactively identify structural or process improvements cross-functionally that increase executive team effectiveness.
- Lead and own ad hoc, high-priority special projects with enterprise-wide impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and confidential sounding board to the CEO.
What we are looking for
- 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, top-tier strategy consulting, or corporate strategy within enterprise SaaS.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset, with exceptional quantitative and structured problem-solving ability.
- Experience supporting senior executives or board-level initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise software, SaaS metrics and OKR frameworks required.
