About The Team
The Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic, service‑driven group that supports hiring excellence across Kinaxis by managing key recruitment operations and enhancing the candidate experience. In this role, you will contribute to administrative TA activities—including job postings, interview coordination, data updates, and reporting—while also supporting student and campus initiatives within the broader TA portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with other team members to ensure smooth processes, strong employer branding, and high-quality client service. This position offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment practices, project work, and early‑talent engagement in a fast‑paced HR environment.
Location
This is a hybrid position. You must be in the Ottawa, Canada office, at least three days a week
Term Duration
This is a full-time 8-month position, starting May 2026.
Co-op or Intern
This position is open to co-ops and interns as soon as you can work full-time with no interruption for 12 months starting May 2026. To be eligible for a Co-op or Intern position at Kinaxis, you must either be currently enrolled in full-time education or, if you are a recent/upcoming graduate, your graduation date must be within 12 months of the placement end date.
Compensation range
$19.46 - $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education and experience.

What you will do
- Support and coordinate career fair events throughout North America
- Support administration for campus and student initiatives
- Assist the Campus recruitment process through creating job postings and coordinating interviews
- Support in projects and initiatives, including data updates, documentation, reporting, branding, and social media.
- May perform additional projects upon request
What we are looking for
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Commerce or Business program with a specialization/major in Human Resource Management or related
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional client service
- Strong organizational skills required to prioritize multiple requests in a changing environment
- Passion for coordination and administration
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information
Things that would definitely help
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS
- Previous experience in a corporate environment
- Confident user of AI tools
