About the team

As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and accelerating regional sales opportunities through targeted field marketing programs. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, collaborating closely with sales, demand generation, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful regional campaigns.

You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives, including account-based marketing (ABM), regional events, and digital campaigns that engage target audiences and support revenue goals.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing programs aligned with annual sales and marketing objectives to drive demand and pipeline growth.
  • Own regional event strategy (both hosted and third-party), ensuring alignment with sales priorities, and oversee pre-, during-, and post-event engagement plans.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with regional business goals, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, paid media, and social media, to support regional pipeline acceleration.
  • Partner with demand generation and digital marketing teams to enhance SEO, optimize LinkedIn campaigns, and refine paid media strategies for regional impact.
  • Work closely with the PR and communications team to drive brand awareness and thought leadership within the assigned region.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of field marketing programs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and increased ROI.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance on best practices in field marketing execution.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing, preferably within the B2B software industry.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and sales platforms such as Highspot, Salesforce, Eloqua, Wrike, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS sales cycles and buying processes
  • Experience working in a global marketing environment, executing programs across multiple regions.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset, with experience measuring and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with in-person, virtual, and hybrid event programming and logistics.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a strong focus on optimizing program outcomes.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, evolving market conditions, and fast-changing business needs.
