About the team

The biggest companies in the world use Maestro every day to solve their supply chain challenges. Our team owns its incredibly powerful supply chain planning engine. This engine stores and serves the data by executing queries with incredible speed, accuracy and reliability.

Our team is all about speed and scale. Through parallel processing, optimum memory usage and exploitation of the capabilities of the hardware, we are running more queries faster than ever before. Our code runs with high reliability on the biggest servers available. Development is supported by an extensive suite of automated tests that help us achieve our excellent reliability.

If you love performance and scale, challenging software engineering problems, and want to help the world’s supply chains function more smoothly, this is the job for you!

What you will do

  • Diagnose and fix complex C++ bugs including deadlocks, memory leaks, memory overwrites and especially performance and scalability bottlenecks
  • Design and implement enhancements, especially those that improve performance and scalability
  • Harness the power of our automated test infrastructure and the creative energy of our testers to keep your code working correctly
  • Design and implement portions of the next generation of our planning engine in languages such as Golang

Technologies we use

  • C++, C#, Visual Studio, Windows
  • Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux

What we are looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience writing enterprise software in C++
  • Willingness to learn new languages and work in multiple languages
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience solving performance problems
  • Experience with query engines, query languages, parsers is an asset
  • Cloud exposure and Kubernetes experience are desirable
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science (or related) or substantial related work experience in the field
