Kinaxis has a well-established team of Sales and Professional Services professionals across the US. Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.

This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in US.
About the team
The Field Marketing Manager, North America oversees and manages regional marketing plans and programs to identify and engage target prospect accounts in line with Kinaxis’ Go-to-Market strategy. The role is responsible for the regional strategy development and execution of marketing programs that raise awareness with and generate leads from our North American target account list.
This Field Marketing Manager will lead a team of Field Marketing Coordinators and work collaboratively with our North American sales team, Business Development team and across the marketing team to formulate regional programs, events, and content that engage and increase pipeline across Kinaxis’ prospect base.
What you will do
- Develop regional plans and programs to identify and engage target customers that tie overall marketing strategy to regional execution, translating program requirements and goals into regional operational plans that align to our corporate vision, go to market priorities, themes, and brand guidelines.
- Manage regional marketing programs from high-level ideation to execution.
- Create regional industry-focused programs with a mix of online and offline marketing channels to generate leads and sales pipeline, including account-based sales and marketing, regional events, email marketing, direct mail, regional paid marketing program opportunities and program sales enablement.
- Plan and run regional events, including webinars, roundtables, in-person events and relationship building engagements.
- Collaborate across teams and Build relationships with internal and external thought leaders and influencers for contribution to regional programs, events, and initiatives.
- Contribute to our social media presence in North America and monitor relevant social discussions about Kinaxis and our competitors.
- Lead and manage a team of field marketers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve the North America Field Marketing targets.
- Collaborate with sales teams to determine sales requirements for regional prospect engagement, and craft marketing content that supports the sales process including sales interaction with key target accounts.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor regional program effectiveness, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and to inform future program design.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising communications, business or related
- 5-7 years progressive experience in business-to-business demand generation and an understanding of demand generation best practices and Account Based Marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
