1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics Execution

• • Manage the fulfillment process for imported goods and spare parts for Vietnam markets.
  • Work with suppliers to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with distributors, carriers, and customs brokers to meet expected ETAs and resolve issues like damage or missing goods.

2. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

• • Ensure Vietnam Customs requirements are met, Customs declaration process and regulation, including proper labeling (manufacturer name, address, model, serial number, COO, voltage, etc.).
  • Prepare and manage documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, catalogs, and official letters in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Handle temporary import/export processes for demos, repairs, and calibrations.

3. Inventory & Data Management

• • Maintain inventory accuracy using Keysight systems for goods receipt and reporting.
  • Set up master data for new items, vendors, suppliers with cross functional team.
  • Conduct inventory audits and reconcile daily deliveries and shipments

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• • Work closely with Service & Support, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, and Commercial teams to manage import & export related processes and tasks.
  • Support Finance, Audit, and Tender teams with required logistics documentation.

5. Project & Cost Management

• • Lead logistics-related projects.
  • Plan and control logistics budgets, including cost tracking for all stakeholders.

6. Customer & Vendor Engagement

• • As needed, support communication with customers and suppliers to ensure mutual satisfaction and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • As needed, educate customers on CIP/FCA Inco terms and product labeling for customs clearance.

7. System Integration & Process Optimization

• • Participate in Keysight system efforts to ensure synchronization between upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support Jira enhancements for logistics automation and milestone tracking.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Logistics systems & process, ERP system and customs & shipping documentation.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations, HTS codes and import/export protocols.
• Degree in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred
