We partner closely with Sales, IT, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing strategy is supported by strong systems, clean data, and efficient processes. About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven, systems-savvy Marketing Operations Manager to optimize and scale our marketing engine. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, analytics, and process design, ensuring our marketing organization runs efficiently and delivers measurable business impact.
You will own the marketing technology stack, workflows, data quality, and performance insights that power demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and turning data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & MarTech Stack Management
Own and optimize the marketing technology stack (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools), ensuring strong integration, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with IT and Sales Operations on system integrations, data flows, and architecture decisions.
Evaluate and implement new technologies, including automation and AI-driven tools, to improve efficiency and performance.
Enable and train marketing teams to ensure effective use of CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
Process & Workflow Automation
Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows for lead capture, routing, scoring, nurturing, and sales handoff.
Standardize campaign execution processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Align workflows across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to support coordinated customer engagement.
Data Analysis & Performance Insights
Collect, consolidate, and analyze data across channels (CRM, email, web, paid media, social).
Measure ROI, campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and pipeline contribution.
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams.
Data Governance, Compliance & Database Quality
Own data governance practices, ensuring accuracy, standardization, privacy, and security across platforms.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and permission-based marketing regulations.
Manage database health, including data enrichment, segmentation, lead scoring models, and regular data hygiene audits.
Oversee consent management, opt-in/opt-out processes, and responsible marketing practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, or Revenue Operations.
Hands-on experience managing a full marketing tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools).
Strong understanding of lead management, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing workflows.
Proven ability to build dashboards, analyze multi-channel data, and evaluate ROI and funnel performance.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, IT, and Operations teams.
Solid knowledge of GDPR, data governance, and permission-based marketing.
Highly analytical, process-oriented, and detail-driven mindset.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in B2B, SaaS, or complex sales environments.
Familiarity with attribution models and revenue analytics.
Experience implementing or optimizing HubSpot–Salesforce integrations.
Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools, predictive analytics, or advanced automation.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption without formal authority.
