Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and validation of lease deal packages before submission to CSRs for order booking.
- Support record-keeping and tracking of all submitted and booked KeysightAccess transactions.
- Help maintain deal documentation and ensure all records are audit-compliant and properly filed.
- Partner with internal teams (CSR, CCC, BIS, Lease Asset Management) to follow up on operational tasks or escalate issues for resolution.
- Track progress of lease lifecycle events (e.g., bookings, amendments, end-of-term actions).
- Perform system entries, updates, and reporting related to SAMI and other lease-related tools.
- Contribute to processing documentation and continuous improvement initiatives led by the Business.
- Leads or participates in multi-function projects with an emphasis on the design, development and implementation of end-to-end processes, business intelligence and tools to address business requirements and support business growth.
- Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the KFS programs.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in administrative operations, order management, or customer support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of leasing or financial service operations preferred.
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business systems; experience with ERP/CRM tools a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, and team-oriented attitude
