• Drive technical innovation as a key advisor for Keysight's wireless ecosystem, specializing in cutting-edge RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave technologies across the European market
• Assist customers and Account Managers in understanding the technical features and key differentiators of Keysight’s RF portfolio based on use cases, while maintaining knowledge of competitor offerings to effectively position Keysight’s solutions
• Present, position and demonstrate the functionality and applicability of Keysight RF, uWave and mmWave test solutions suiting customer requirements
• Contribute to planning and prioritization of new capabilities, and provide input on the strategic direction of Keysight’s solution(s)
• Lead and support proof of concept discussions and demonstrations with customers and Keysight R&D teams
• Craft precision-engineered automated test scripts that transform customer-specific challenges into innovative, tailored technological solutions
• Provide training and continuous technical support to customers to help them adopt and use Keysight test solutions
• Identify new and strategically important customers and follow-up qualified leads to build long-term business relationships that drive and generate revenues
• Participate in Keysight marketing events and industry events as a technology expert

• Bachelor/Masters in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: 6-10 years with prior experience (2-3 years) in customer-facing roles
• Strong skill set in RF, uWave and mmWave technologies for Wireless applications with specific competences in 5G physical layer, 5G transceivers and radios
• Excellent knowledge of 5G transceivers, including their subsystems and components
• Thorough understanding of PHY for wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G NR and
  Wi-Fi (802.11ax/be)
• Understanding of cellular radio networks and related standards (3GPP, O-RAN)
• Understanding of MIMO, beamforming, carrier aggregation, and OFDMA
• Strong understanding of antenna principles, understanding of base station antenna architectures, especially PAA
• Deep knowledge of RF concepts like phase noise, spurious emissions, ACLR, SEM, non-linear behavior of RF components, and IQ modulation
• Hands-on experience with measurement instruments including signal analyzer, vector signal generator and vector network analyzer
• Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB, C/C++/C#), with application in automated test environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer orientation
• Capable of handling multiple projects and customer engagements simultaneously
• Self-motivated problem solver and agile learner
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% across the region
