• Responsible for on-site and repair center activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance and repair of company and multi-vendor systems solutions which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
• Works on service assignments with clearly defined objectives.
• Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems. Performs maintenance and repair services.
• Works on on-site customer service and support assignments with broadly defined objectives
Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.

Qualifications
- Strong electronic education background, understanding of the basics of metrology and troubleshooting skills to perform repair and diagnosis.
- Minimum education requirement is practical engineer in electronics.
- 2-4 years of related experience.
- Flexibility to travel to customer location is essential (estimated 50-60% requirement).
- Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job.
- Strong computer skills as well as ability to communicate in English language are required.
