Overview

Join the Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (EFP&A) team and help shape Keysight’s enterprise-wide financial strategy. The EFP&A team partners closely with Business Finance to drive planning, analysis and insight across Keysight’s Business Groups, Shared Services, and Infrastructure organizations. This position provides a unique opportunity to gain deep visibility into Keysight’s businesses, lead and contribute to high impact projects and processes, and build strong relationships with senior finance leaders across the Keysight Finance organization.

The Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis (EFP&A) Lead plays a critical role in delivering enterprise-wide financial reporting and analysis reporting and insights to the Keysight Board of Directors, executive leadership and senior management. This individual will interact directly with Keysight’s CFO, Group FP&A Controllers and Analysts and key cross-functional partners – making it an ideal role for a finance professional seeking broad exposure, influence, and career growth within a global organization.


Responsibilities
  • Lead role in critical MEC activities, including:
    • Monthly close-gram publication.
    • Coordination of month-end close reporting and forecasting processes with our Business Finance partners, including monitoring financial results to identify and resolve any issues to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timely reporting of our monthly financial results.
    • Daily reporting of financial results to management during our month-end close process.
    • Research and allocate enterprise-level expense residuals.
    • Manage all aspects of the monthly Executive Summary of Financial Results (ESFR) package in partnership with the Business Groups and other organizations.
    • Help prepare and/or review financial materials for the Board of Directors (BoD), CEO and CFO, which often includes ad-hoc analysis and enterprise-level financial modeling.
    • Lead and/or assist in ad hoc analysis, government surveys, special requests, etc.
  • Lead role in the annual (sometimes semi-annual) Plan exercises, including:
    • Preparation and communication of calendars, instructions, training and other items to Business Finance colleagues and other key partners.
    • Preparation and/or review of various financial reports, expense bridges, BoD financial slides and analysis for the CFO and other senior managers.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the CFO, EFP&A Director and other parties, including, but not limited to, corporate-wide operating expense analysis and corporate financial models and metrics.
  • Lead and/or participate on EFP&A projects and process improvements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of relevant finance experience in a business environment involving interaction with executives and senior managers.
  • The lead analyst will need to be adept in managing competing and shifting priorities, able to execute against tight and inflexible deadlines (often requiring overtime, especially during quarter-end and annual planning periods) while maintaining accurate and high-quality work and demonstrate strong attention to detail in a complex work environment.
  • As this position demands responsiveness to executive level management, candidates need work experience demonstrating strong analytical, communication and presentation skills and solid business acumen.
  • Expert working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Keysight financial systems (particularly Oracle/OneStream/MicroStrategy) is essential. Project management experience is a plus.

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California Pay Range MIN $134,950.00-MID $179,930.00- MAX $224,920.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
