Keysight Technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced ANZ District Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue, managing channel and direct sales, and developing strong customer relationships with key accounts in the electronics test & measurement industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ANZ sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the ANZ district
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Collaborate with regional and global teams on go-to-market strategies
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management via CRM
- Represent Keysight at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 8–12 years of sales experience in test & measurement, electronics, or a related technology sector, with at least 3–5 years in a people management or sales leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the ANZ market
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage at both engineering and executive levels
- Experience managing distributors and/or direct sales teams across the ANZ region
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across ANZ
