About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GTM Specialist to drive the execution of demand generation campaigns for our Software businesses. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives designed by the campaign strategy team, ensuring seamless multi-channel execution, data-driven performance tracking, and pipeline impact.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Implementation
- Deploy and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content syndication and webinars.
- Manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) to execute targeted nurture programs and campaigns.
- Implement automated workflows to accelerate lead-to-customer conversion.
- Own the communication calendar and coordinate localized and vertical-specific campaigns across regions and industries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the campaign strategy and Product Marketing teams to turn high-level GTM plans into tactical, measurable campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up processes.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Track key marketing metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ARR impact.
- Use A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, and BI tools to refine campaign performance.
Marketing Operations & Enablement
- Maintain and optimize campaign workflows, segmentation, and attribution models
- Ensure data hygiene and alignment across CRM, ABM platforms, and analytics tools.
- Support the creation of sales enablement content to enhance lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing marketing technology stacks and tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing processes and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and data governance.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Experience with database management and data quality practices is a plus
