We are looking for a motivated intern or working student to support our innovation and R&D activities in the area of electric vehicle (EV) charging and grid-edge systems. You will work at the intersection of power electronics, energy systems, and software-enabled testing, contributing to next-generation charging and grid-integration solutions.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and compare international and national standards and grid codes related to EV charging, smart charging, and grid integration
- Support the definition and implementation of test scenarios for EV, EVSE, and grid-edge applications
- Develop models and simulations of charging systems and grid interactions
- Assist in experimental validation using laboratory test setups and measurement equipment
- Document results and support technical evaluations for R&D and product planning
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, or a related field
- Strong interest in EV charging, power systems, and grid modernization
- Experience or coursework in simulation, modeling, or control systems (e.g. MATLAB/Simulink)
- Programming experience with C, C# or/and Python is a plus
- Structured working style and curiosity for hands-on experimental work
- Good communication skills in English and German languages
