The candidate will be responsible to manage customers located in France.


Responsibilities
  • Interfacing with existing or potential customers, sales and/or service representatives and partners to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales enquiries via phone and e-mail.
  • Inquiry qualification.
  • Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics.
  • Tackle challenging administrative puzzles by leveraging comprehensive customer service expertise, driving innovative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Determines and develops approaches to administrative customer service assignments.
  • Evaluate further customer needs and route queries that require further investigation to the appropriate Team.
  • Log Interactions and outcome in the appropriate system.
  • In addition to the prompt reaction to customer request, collect customer feedback and identify business opportunities.
  • Handle customer supplier registration / questionnaire requests.
  • Identify and work on process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Requires previous experience in customer facing environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong Customer care attitude.
  • Ability to work in a demanding multi-tasking environment.
  • Planning and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Teamwork attitude in dynamic company.
  • Able to take initiative when the situation demands.
  • Ideal candidates bring a rich 5+ years of professional experience, demonstrating a proven track record of excellence in customer-centric roles.
  • English fluent
  • Another European language (optional)
