Responsibilities

Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Act as key contact point to Residence Professional (RP) customer.
  • Analyse customer concerns & technical requirements, communicate to Keysight delivery team and develop streamline project / process to retain / improve customer satisfactory.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for RP customer to ensure metrics are met accordingly to the SOW requirements. Workout on the follow up actions.
  • Manage record retention for all RP operations and support audit
  • Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensures customer satisfaction
  • Prepare equipment resources and scheduling for service delivery
  • Carry out onsite calibration jobs at the customer sites for Keysight and multi-vendor products
  • Troubleshoot measurement problems and provide technical feedbacks to customers
  • Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training
  • Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectation
  • Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements
  • Setup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products
  • Validate the new procedures, use of technical manuals
  • Investigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action
  • Serve as an internal resource on technical issues support
  • Deliver other assignments as provided

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics and a broad knowledge of the measurement science
  • Typically 3-5 years relevant experience in Test and Measurement instruments for entry to this level
  • Experience in DC & low frequency and RF & microwave metrology
  • Advantage with having knowledge of quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540-3, and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and interface effectively with team members and customers
  • Demonstrate good customer engagement, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be flexible and capable to work in a changing priorities environment
  • Must be flexible to travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Applied Physics and a broad knowledge of the measurement science
