Position Summary
The Field Marketing Operations Manager (OM) for EMEA plays a critical role in driving seamless execution, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making across the Design Engineering Software (DES) Field Marketing organization. This role partners closely with regional field marketers, global marketing operations, sales, and product marketing teams to accelerate pipeline creation, optimize lead flow, and ensure flawless execution of EMEA marketing programs.
You will be responsible for enabling our digital-first, funnel-focused marketing strategy—improving MQL quality, supporting SQL conversion, and scaling ABM initiatives across key EMEA accounts and segments. Strong organizational savvy, communication rigor, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across the region are essential.
Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operations & Execution Excellence
Ensure consistent execution of regional DES marketing programs (events, webinars, ABM motions, demand campaigns) across EMEA.
Manage the planning cadence: quarterly marketing planning, forecasting, and post-event reporting.
Own regional compliance to global processes (MQL processes, lead management, other requirements).
Maintain operational governance—program calendars, budget tracking, cross-region alignment.
2. Funnel, Lead & Data Management
Partner with global and regional Marketing Ops to ensure accurate lead routing, scoring, and data hygiene.
Monitor and analyze funnel performance (inquiries → MQL → SQL → opportunity), providing insights and recommendations to both marketing and sales.
Implement score decay and improve MQL quality with DES-specific context.
Track program ROI and provide regular performance dashboards.
3. Digital-First & ABM Support
Support the rollout of digital-first marketing tactics including paid media, SEO/SEM programs, social campaigns, and content syndication.
Operationalize ABM-light and ABM-1:1 motions—audience targeting, account insights, tracking and reporting.
Partner with Greater China and APAC operation teams to share best practices, ensuring global consistency.
4. Event & Field Program Support

Support the execution and operational logistics of EMEA flagship activities:

Tradeshows
Industry-led events

Manage attendee data, reporting, and follow-up workflows.
5. Systems & Tools
Serve as the regional super-user for Hubspot, SFDC, event platforms, and analytics tools.
Create and maintain campaign programs, landing pages, and automated workflows.
Ensure that DES field marketers are trained and compliant with tool usage.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales (AEs, SEs, Sales Ops) to ensure alignment on priorities and shared KPIs.
Act as the communication bridge between EMEA field marketing and global DES marketing teams.
Support change management as DES transitions to a modern, digital-first marketing organization.
Qualifications
Required
8+ years in marketing operations, field marketing, campaign management, or equivalent strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, CRM/MAP systems, and B2B demand generation.
Demonstrated experience managing or supporting complex regional marketing programs.
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce (or equivalent platforms).
Strong data and analytical skills; able to develop dashboards, insights, and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Preferred
Experience in enterprise technology, software, or engineering markets.
Familiarity with ABM platforms and account-based marketing workflows.
Knowledge of GDPR and EMEA-specific data/privacy regulations.
Experience supporting event operations and regional marketing execution.
