Keysight Device Security is a young, diverse and ambitious organization specializing in security testing for leading international clients from the semiconductor, payment and consumer electronics industries. In addition, Keysight Riscure Security Solutions is the leading vendor of specialist security testing products. Responsibilities
- Policy & Procedure Development:
- Design, write, and maintain policies, SOPs, and workflows that meet ISO and regulatory requirements while aligning with operational realities.
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and usable by operations teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work directly with operations teams to understand their processes and co-develop documentation that reflects both compliance and practicality.
- Act as a coach and enabler to help teams embrace compliance.
- Compliance Assurance:
- Monitor adherence to documented procedures and standards.
- Conduct internal reviews and support corrective actions.
- Incident Handling:
- Coordinate root-cause evaluations for tickets, findings and incidents
- Support and monitor the implementation of (pragmatic) root-cause corrective actions.
- Training & Awareness:
- Provide guidance and informal training to operational staff on compliance principles and the importance of documentation.
- Audit Support:
- Prepare and support internal and external audits.
- Maintain audit trails and coordinate recurring compliance activities.
- Risk Management:
- Conduct internal risk assessments.
- Identify, assess, and manage compliance risks.
- Reporting:
- Report to management and board on matters of risk, compliance, and legislation.
- Ensure timely and effective responses to inquiries and incident reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Quality Management, Engineering).
- 4–7 years of experience in regulatory, quality assurance, or compliance roles within an ISO controlled environment.
- Solid understanding of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 27001, and related standards are an advantage.
- Experience working in or with technical/solution-driven teams.
- Strong writing skills and ability to translate technical processes into structured documentation.
- Familiarity with Keysight RSS/KDS ’s product and service portfolio.
