We are now seeking a highly motivated professional to help elevate this program within our Endpoint Technology & Services organization.

The macOS Senior Engineer role combines strong technical expertise with leadership responsibilities. In this position, you will play a key role in advancing our global MacBook platform. You will design, maintain, and enhance the technical infrastructure that powers our macOS ecosystem, build automation to scale the platform efficiently, and drive continuous service improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with support teams to ensure our users enjoy a seamless and productive experience with their MacBooks.

• Infrastructure Management
  Administer, configure, and continuously enhance our Kandji MDM environment to ensure a scalable, secure, and reliable macOS platform.
• Package Engineering & Software Delivery
  Build and maintain a user‑friendly software catalog, including automated packaging, patching workflows, and lifecycle management to deliver a seamless application experience.
• Security & Compliance Partnership
  Collaborate with Information Security and Compliance teams to implement and maintain best‑in‑class security controls for macOS, including deep integration with CrowdStrike and other enterprise protection tools.
• Automation & Solution Development
  Design and develop automation, tools, and scripts that improve user experience, reduce operational overhead, and accelerate ticket resolution. Perform ticket deep dives, communicate findings to stakeholders, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Service Reliability & Vendor Management
  Coordinate outage and emergency communications, ensure proper visibility across the organization, and manage vendor relationships required for daily operations and platform evolution.
• SCRUM & Platform Strategy
  Own and refine the strategic platform backlog, partnering with product owners and engineering teams to deliver capabilities that enhance employee productivity and overall macOS user experience.

• Education & Experience
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• macOS Expertise
  Strong hands‑on experience with macOS. Kandji MDM engineering experience is highly valued but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Experience with at least one enterprise macOS MDM platform (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) is required.
• Large‑Scale macOS Environment Management
  Demonstrated experience managing and supporting an enterprise macOS environment with 1,700+ devices, including robust software deployment and lifecycle management.
• Executive Support
  Proven ability to support C‑level executives, including rapid issue diagnosis, prioritization, and communication under pressure.
• Scripting & Automation
  Proficiency in scripting/coding (e.g., Bash, Python, REST API integrations) to develop automations, tooling, and platform enhancements.
• Identity & Provisioning Knowledge
  Working knowledge of Windows Active Directory / Entra ID integration with macOS, as well as Apple Business Manager / DEP enrollment processes.
• Agile Delivery & Tooling
  Experience working in Agile SCRUM environments, with solid knowledge of the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and Git-based code repositories. UI/UX or design skills are a plus.
• Analytical & Project Management Skills
  Strong problem‑solving abilities, with a self‑starter mindset and the capability to independently drive initiatives in a results‑oriented culture.
• Multitasking & Prioritization
  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Communication Skills
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with clear articulation and an ability to convey complex topics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
