The Distribution Channel PL Peak Sales accountable for distribution business into the China south region and is responsible of Distribution Preferred Products business development through distribution channel. He/She will act as main distributor contact providing leadership and management capabilities aimed to gain channel, distributor and Mkt share. Channel Mgr is in charge also to evaluate market and competitive situation to strategically plan distribution channel development to ensure best connection between product and market.
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned business objectives by developing and executing a distribution growth plan for the assigned product Line and territories, in support of Regional strategy.
- Provide leadership and management values to assigned Distributors. Drive growing sales through jointly sales and Mktg Plan in alignment to Keysight business objectives.
- Manage Keysight resources to provide the required channel support, drive/influence partners behavior to ensure a high level of performance end customer satisfaction.
- Manage distributor product line sell-in, sell-out and required level of inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Have related experience in using test instruments, technical products sales or BD.
- Successful track record in achieving results
- Willingness to bring key contributions for team numbers.
- Good communication skills.
