We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marcom Specialist to join the DES Field Marketing team under the Field Marketing Operations function. This role will support marketing operations, event execution, and lead management processes, ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration across regional field marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Marketing Tools Management: Maintain and support HubSpot, BigMarker, and other Marcom platforms to enable campaigns, webinars, and lead capture.
Budget & Finance Operations: Oversee purchase orders, invoices, and procurement processes through iProcurement; manage vendor contracts and ensure accurate tracking of event, travel, and overall marketing budgets, including documentation in Asana.
Lead & Pipeline Support: Manage lead processing within SFDC, ensuring accurate routing and progression through the funnel (Lead → MQL → SQL). Provide support for lead nurturing activities and coordinate post-event follow-up actions in partnership with MPM team.
Event Execution Support: Assist in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site/off-site execution; manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers.
Vendor & Contract Management: Coordinate with agencies and partners, manage agreements, renewals, and compliance.
Operational Excellence: Support reporting, documentation, and standardization of processes to improve efficiency across the Field Marketing organization.
Marcom Support: Contribute to campaign execution, collateral preparation, digital promotion, and other marketing communications activities as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Field Marketing, or Marcom roles.
Strong knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, webinar platforms, SFDC).
Experience with procurement systems, vendor management, and budget processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
