Responsibilities

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional who combines advanced technical expertise in semiconductor system hardware maintenance with strong service program management skills. This hybrid role ensures high-quality field service execution, proactive issue resolution, and strategic oversight of service delivery programs. You will act as the technical controller in the field while managing service progress, escalation processes, and execution reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Field Service Engineering

- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of semiconductor systems hardware.

- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

- Escalate unresolved technical issues to factory and coordinate resolution efforts.

  • Planning and Scheduling

- Develop and manage service delivery plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Track service progress, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

  • Communication & Reporting

- Prepare material and deliver regular updates in meetings or monthly review.

- Communicate risks, progress, and improvement plans clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement

- Identify recurring issues and propose process improvements for service efficiency.

- Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices in hardware maintenance and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, Semiconductor, or related Engineering field.

  • 7+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment field service and progress management.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and hardware maintenance skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills for Internal/External reporting.

  • Good team coordination skills to ensure alignment and progress.
