Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute Vietnam country sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and order targets.
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in priority industries (AI-DC, 5G/6G, automotive, semiconductor, aerospace-defense).
- Collaborate with regional leadership to align Vietnam strategy with South Asia Pacific (SAP) growth plans.
- Customer & Partner Engagement
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key accounts such as EMS/ODM manufacturers, wireless R&D and mfg customers, automotive OEMs, and local government agencies.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing distributors/partners; identify and onboard new partners to strengthen Keysight’s presence in Vietnam.
- Drive account coverage and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution selling.
- Sales Execution
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline development, forecasting, order closure, and revenue recognition.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution enginners, marketing, operations, finance) to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize execution.
- People & Leadership
- Provide guidance and leadership to local sales and technical staff (direct or dotted line).
- Foster a high-performance culture with strong accountability and teamwork.
- Support talent development and cross-country collaboration within the SAP region.
Competencies Required
- Strong business acumen and deep understanding of Vietnam’s technology ecosystem, government policy, and China+1 manufacturing shift.
- Ability to operate in a cross-border environment between Vietnam and China, including effective communication with Chinese-speaking customers and partners.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to work across diverse technology domains and adapt to fast-changing business environments.
- High energy, passion, and commitment to succeed in a dynamic and competitive market.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology sales, business development, or account management, preferably with international companies.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and winning strategic accounts in Vietnam.
- Strong understanding of telecom, semiconductor, automotive, or aerospace-defense sectors.
- Experience managing both direct sales and partner/distributor ecosystems.
- Language proficiency: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
