Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in a global technology company. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external trade customers and internal partners, ensuring seamless execution of pre-sales and post-sales service functions. You’ll leverage your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and organizational talent to deliver exceptional service and support


Responsibilities
  • Interface with customers, logistics, manufacturing, and sales/service representatives to support a wide range of service and order-related functions.
  • Provide front-line phone support, responding promptly to customer inquiries in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, including booking, processing quotes, monitoring inventories, and coordinating product deliveries.
  • Respond to and resolve customer service requests such as order status updates, repair/calibration requests, product changes or returns, invoicing, contract administration, and lease management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with trade, logistics, and company regulations while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and training).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus) (written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office applications.
    • Understanding of order management processes and international trade compliance is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and multicultural environment.
