Keysight Technologies is looking for an Optical Applications Engineer to work in the Customer Success team to support the optical design products. You will work closely with customers, software development, sales, marketing, and product teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive the adoption of our industry-leading optical system design and analysis software.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively supporting customers and prospective customers with diverse and complex technical questions via email, web, and face-to-face interactions.
- Partnering with the sales and marketing teams to understand and meet customers’ technical and business challenges.
- Identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a customer environment.
- Providing insight and direction to improve usability, applicability, and adoption of Keysight's products.
- Developing and using technical material in various formats for support, training, webinars, and customer visits.
- Collaborating with software development, sales, and product teams to enhance customer experience and product offerings.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- A Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. in Optics, Optical Sciences, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with CODE V, lens design tools, stray light tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in using advanced design tools and software.
- Strong analytical and technical skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Strong English communication skill
