Our EDA Business Operations team supports Keysight’s Design Engineering Software solutions (DES) organization empowering engineers and innovators to accelerate product development using advanced electronic design automation (EDA) and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Intern to join our EDA Business Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience at the intersection of software sales, business strategy, and technology innovation. You will work closely with other Sales Development engineers, Field Sales teams, and business IT to assess and/or develop license models, support software licensing negotiations, and contribute to the integration of software companies acquired by Keysight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support software deal planning, licensing approaches, and final outcomes.
- Partner with Sales leaders to develop and support sales strategy with key customers.
- Support integration of acquired software companies into Keysight (business model alignment, pricing strategies, etc.)
- Assist in development of new software licensing approaches/models and/or sales programs/promotions
Qualifications
Required:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in the EDA industry or with EDA software applications
- Familiarity with software sales is a plus.
- Interest or experience in the EDA industry, semiconductor design, or electronic test and measurement.
- Experience with SaaS licensing models

- Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

California compensation rate: MIN $ $25.55 - MAX $27.52
