We are looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Intern to join our multilingual Business Center team in Barcelona.This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while learning how customer service connects with sales, logistics, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests and order status from start to finish, including:
 Creating quotes for Keysight Partners and Distributors using CRM Salesforce
Processing orders in DBMS Oracle
Tracking deliveries and updating customers
Assisting with invoicing or order-related questions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Credit & Collection
Observe and apply customer service policies to support problem-solving and continuous improvement
Provide general administrative support (reporting, documentation, follow-ups)
Learn and contribute to improving processes that enhance customer experience
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications)
Strong communication skills in English and at least one other European language (German, French, or Italian preferred)
Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, attention to detail
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
