Technical lead that can manage and oversee technical software development projects involving multiple team members.
Qualifications
Technical Qualifications:
- Proficient in programming with C/C++ and Python
- Strong grasp of software development practices, including:
- Agile methodologies
- Version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Deep knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Proven experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
- Understanding of Electromagnetic (EM) simulation techniques
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
- Proven ability to work effectively in multi-site and multi-cultural team environments
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high-performance computing or parallel programming
- Familiarity with simulation tools for Electronic Design Automation (EDA)
- Exposure to cloud-based development and deployment environments
- Experience integrating AI into engineering workflows or simulation platforms
