Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our ongoing LTB (Last Time Buy) digitalization transformation initiatives and ensure continuity in sustaining and enhancing current system integration multi-module projects. This role offers hands-on experience in digital transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and system enhancement within a dynamic procurement and materials management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution and monitoring of LTB digitalization activities, including data validation, process mapping, and system updates.
- Support the system integration team in multi-module enhancement tasks, including testing, documentation, and user feedback collection.
- Propose innovation solutions to optimize project execution and reduce manual intervention.
- Maintain continuity of existing digital tools and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Procurement) to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Document workflows, SOPs, and enhancement proposals to support knowledge transfer and sustainability.
- Participate in meetings, provide status updates, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
- Knowledge of automation tools & platform is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, SAP or similar ERP systems).
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated with a keen interest in digital transformation and system integration.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (e.g., VBA, Python, C++) is a plus.
- Understanding of procurement or materials management processes.
