Responsibilities
  • Calibration: Perform regular calibration of network analyzers to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and quality of Keysight calibration services.

  • Troubleshooting: Provide onsite troubleshooting for RF and microwave network analyzers after calibration services, ensuring prompt response and customer test recovery.

  • Asset Maintenance: Coordinate and conduct maintenance on RF and microwave network analyzers, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

  • Customer Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer interfaces, acting as a trusted advisor for all Keysight service-related inquiries.

  • System Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of customer systems, providing regular reports and actionable insights for improvement.

  • Issue Escalation: Manage escalated issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices for supporting RF and microwave network analyzers.


Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF and microwave, Electronic Information Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: Experience in calibration services or hands-on with netowrk analyzers or other related test equipment is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of RF and microwave principles, network analyzers, and related measurement techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

  • Other: Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
