Responsibilities

• Project Coordination Support: Assist the Outsourcing Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating activities across multiple Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
• Data Collection & Analysis: Compile, validate, and analyze project data (e.g., schedules, costs, supplier performance metrics) to support decision-making.
• Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation including contracts, approvals, meeting minutes, and change requests to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Reporting: Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress, risks, and milestones for management review.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) and external partners to track deliverables and resolve issues promptly.
• Risk & Issue Tracking: Support monitoring of project risks, delays, and escalations, and follow up on mitigation actions with responsible parties.
• Process & Workflow Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline project management workflows or automate reporting to improve efficiency.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and support project meetings, including agenda preparation, notes, and action item follow-up.
• System/Tool Support: Assist in maintaining and updating project management tools, databases, or trackers used for outsourcing projects.
• Compliance Support: Ensure project activities follow company policies, compliance standards, and any relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Some application and technical knowledge in test and measurement, semiconductor or electronics industry

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, etc.); SQL or Python is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work with teams to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
