About the team:
You will be a part of a current team of development, QA, and architects working with product owners, business analysts, project managers, and UI/UX designers, and other teams to deliver a stellar customer experience across multiple touch points. The immediate focus of this position will be with Salesforce Service Cloud and related workflows and systems.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions and ensure the Agile framework is adhered to.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
- Participate in designing and supporting software solutions that achieve the best customer value
- Be a strong enabler and collaborator – willingness to share ideas, documentation and best practices.
- Ability to work across global cross functional teams and different time-zones to meet aggressive delivery schedules.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral/presentation and written communication skills in both technical and non-technical language.
- Pursue ongoing learning opportunities to strengthen skill-sets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience with custom application development, with an overall 7+ years IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Experience with handling stakeholders and ramping up junior resources.
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development, design and solutioning. Experience with AI technologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a global environment and ability to drive projects.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and deliver on new technologies.
