The Keysight.com Digital Experience Post-Sales Web Team drives the largest customer touch point for Keysight, influencing and interacting with thousands of customers on a daily basis. Customer success and a positive experience on Keysight.com is critical for our business. The Post Sales Web Customer Experience Lead (a business role) plays a pivotal part in driving continuous improvements to our website, ensuring web content is accurate, available, and functional. In addition, the Customer Experience Lead is accountable to our post-sales content owners and authors, supporting them to optimize and understand the most effective ways to use the web to get their content in front of customers.


Responsibilities
  • Requirements definition, documentation and project management of Keysight.com customer-experience improvements delivered through a sprint-based project cadence.
  • Partner with IT, Marketing, Sales and other internal partners on scope delivery including daily defect meetings, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaboration with web authors and content owners, providing feedback and direction when required. Answer questions and provide authoring support to ensure a cohesive digital experience across keysight.com.
  • Management of ServiceNow escalation queue, addressing content issues or post-sales web escalations from both internal and external customers.
  • Content management and clean-up activities to ensure post-sales content is reliable, discoverable and web compliant.

Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5+ years of related experience in the Web/Digital/Technology space
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • 2+ years authoring and content management experience within the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
  • Project management experience working with multiple teams/partners in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing practices and techniques with experience collaborating with technical writers, product, and IT teams.
  • Experience collaborating with large teams using your outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently when necessary.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office – SharePoint and Yammer experience preferred.
  • Consistent record of effectively handling multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Colorado pay range: MIN $117,530.00, MIDPOINT $156,7000.00 - MAX $195,880.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
