Responsibilities

This position is focusing on EISG CORE product and need to:

  • Develop and implementation of strategic product and marketing plans
  • Work closely with Product Planners during the NPI process to validate target markets, customer use cases, and early forecasts, providing feedback to ensure readiness before launch.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts for sales and marketing enablement, ensuring timely delivery of collateral, competitive positioning, and customer-facing materials.
  • Lead assigned sales/marketing/business development projects, working with other internal functions, sales teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining sales tools, such as application notes, customer success stories, and basic demo guidance.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to gather customer insights and relay them to R&D and product planning to influence feature development or roadmap direction.
  • Track key funnel opportunities and support opportunity progression by coordinating pre-sales efforts with the field.
  • Participate in selected customer visits to gather feedback on applications, product usage, and competitive alternatives.
  • Monitor discount trends and support enforcement of pricing guidance in line with gross margin goals.

As an Advanced Level Product Manager, the candidate is expected to:

  • Determine and develop approaches to assignments with moderate supervision.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute projects effectively.
  • Solve a broad range of problems of moderate complexity, contributing to overall business enablement and sales effectiveness.
  • Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and in proposing solutions within their area of responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Electronic Engineering or Power Electronics background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Great initiative, sense of ownership, and sound decision making
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
  • Power Product and General-Purpose Measurement Instruments knowledge and customer experience a strong plus
  • Possess excellent time management skills and multi-tasking skills
  • Solution orientated and result driven
  • Ability to reduce and focus broad business strategies and concepts into structured executable projects with measurable goals
