Keysight introduces new products routinely all year, every year. KGSO plans and deploys services for this new products in a structured manner.
A KGSO New Product Introduction (NPI) Coordinator in a Region works for the Global Capability and Capacity Manager, and with Product Supportability Engineers (PSEs), Delivery Hub Managers and Engineering Teams to plan and deploy KGSO Services in the Region for various NPIs. In addition, the NPI Coordinator works with Portfolio Managers, Delivery Leaders and Engineering Leaders to sustain services for released products through their lifecycle, including review of Electronic Test Equipment (ETE) and Service Delivery Platforms for obsolescence and plans for supporting Keysight products thru their End of Support (EOS) period.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Introduction of Services and deployment of service offerings in KGSO for assigned Region (Asia) in collaboration with PSEs, Delivery and Engineering Leaders
- Provide the technical and KGSO support knowledge to COE/IST and KGSO partners from New Product Introduction (primary role) thru ongoing review of Delivery Infrastructure, including ETE Obsolescence and EOS phases.
- Provide consultation to Delivery Leaders and Global Capability Management, to support the needs of the Region (Asia)
- Provide the knowledge of KGSO NPI and Sustenance processes, procedures, and requirements to Delivery Managers
- Provide deployment planning support for KGSO regional delivery organizations to meet support availability requirements, including Capacity building to scale services in the Region
- Conduct periodic meetings with PSEs and Delivery Leaders, Engineering and Portfolio Managers to review NPI plan of record and any support issues, including ETE obsolescence and impact analysis, to minimize risk to Delivery Operations
- Assimilate product discontinuance notifications from Product Teams, and analyze impact on Operations ETE in use across the Region.
- Participate in other special projects as recommended by management
Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience with Keysight calibration and repair services
- Proven technical and leadership skills to drive change and influence teams
- Experience with Keysight Product Lifecycle process (KLC) or SPLC
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to assimilate product discontinuance notifications from Product Teams, and analyze impact on Operations ETE in use across the Region.
- Ability to multi-task and manage incoming service requests from different channels
