Responsibilities

Keysight Global Marketing is seeking a strategic, results-driven GTM Marketing Manager to lead global campaigns, with a focus on Emulation and Artificial Intelligence (AI), two of the most exciting and fast-growing areas in tech.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You’ll bring campaigns to life through compelling storytelling, aligned content, and smart, data-driven tactics that resonate with technical audiences. Collaboration is key—you’ll partner across product marketing, digital, regional teams, and creative to deliver impactful, customer-centric campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create integrated marketing plans for AI and Emulation solutions, outlining campaign strategies, objectives, tactics, and timelines.
  • Align campaign efforts with broader business objectives, demonstrating strategic thinking and ensuring that campaigns drive measurable impact.
  • Develop detailed campaign timelines, including schedules of tactic deliverables and a calendar of activities, ensuring all milestones are met within deadlines.
  • Identify the appropriate mix of marketing tactics (digital, content, social, events, etc.) to achieve campaign goals.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop compelling campaign content, ensuring alignment with product value propositions.
  • Create, monitor, and communicate campaign results to measure the effectiveness of the tactics.
  • Optimize campaign performance through data-driven reviews with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including creative, product marketing, digital, and regional teams—for seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (business/marketing) or equivalent, plus 5+ years in high-tech marketing communications or go-to-market roles.
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns using a diverse mix of digital channels.
  • Exceptional communication and editorial skills with a strong command of English—both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, extract insights, and apply findings to improve campaign performance.
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver against deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of juggling multiple campaigns or initiatives simultaneously.
  • Passion for innovation, with a genuine interest in AI and Emulation.
  • Familiarity with AEM and Domo is a plus.
