Responsibilities
- Manages employees responsible for design/ implementation of manufacturing processes
- Provides technical direction and mentorship for team members
- Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects
- Develops, implements solutions to department issues
- Work across departments to ensure a safe workplace
- Creates short and long term personnel development strategies
- Leads cross departmental projects
- Review, analyze and approve process deviations as appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other applicable engineering discipline or equivalent directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
- Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
- Understanding of manufacturing process design, development and implementation essential
- Direct experience with continuous process improvement a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

California pay range: MIN $153,090.00, MIDPOINT $204,120.00 - MAX $255,150.00
Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
