Responsibilities
The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight’s campus in Santa Rosa, CA exists to provide high precision mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight’s industry leading electronic measurement equipment.
The PMTC Wet Process and Assembly Process Engineering Manager is responsible for managing a diverse team of process engineers supporting a combination of chemical and mechanical fabrication processes. Processes supported include Plating, Photochemical Machining and Assembly. This team provides DFM consultation on microwave and mm wave design applications, facilitating their release into manufacturing by designing processes, tooling and fixturing.
  • Manages employees responsible for design/ implementation of manufacturing processes
  • Provides technical direction and mentorship for team members
  • Directs, manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/ projects
  • Develops, implements solutions to department issues
  • Work across departments to ensure a safe workplace
  • Creates short and long term personnel development strategies
  • Leads cross departmental projects
  • Review, analyze and approve process deviations as appropriate


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s Degree or University Degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science or other applicable engineering discipline or equivalent directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.
  • Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics
  • Understanding of manufacturing process design, development and implementation essential
  • Direct experience with continuous process improvement a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $153,090.00, MIDPOINT $204,120.00 - MAX $255,150.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
