Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• A licensed Safety and Health Officer (SHO) to support Keysight to liaise with DOSH on regulatory compliances and audits.
• Support Keysight EHS system/programs/initiatives and EHS workgroups to meet,

1. Local regulatory requirements
2. Keysight Corporate EHS Objectives and Targets
3. EHSMS (ISO14001 & ISO45001) and RBA requirements

• Responsible to support Keysight

1. Quarterly EHSMS Steering Committee
2. EHS related audit – including but not limited to audit from Keysight customer, Keysight corporate, local authorities and insurance company.
3. Direct and timely advice and information in all matters related to EHS performance, compliance, trends, and concerns.
4. Responds to Keysight and Keysight customer concerns regarding EHS matters.
5. Understand Intelex database structure, support implementation/proliferation plan for local EHS operation.
6. Manage record retention in compliance with Keysight and local regulatory requirements.
7. Support to evaluate, update and implement EHS procedures to ensure compliance with Keysight and local regulatory requirements.
8. Support to identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from work processes and work (Risk & Opportunity). Recommend reasonably practicable measures to eliminate such risk. Implement control measures and safe work procedure.
9. Support onsite ERT communication, training, evacuation and drill.
10. Monthly/Quarterly EHSMS review meeting with workgroup.
11. EHS onsite inspection on regular basis.
12. Perform Equipment & Machine safety/ Building safety/ Process safety /Layout safety buy-off review as required
13. Responsible for investigating and monitoring of injury, illness, and incident related performance. and report to relevant authorities for timely closure. Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions that will improve the performance results as required.
14. Other duties or ad-hoc program assigned or company duty activities

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or EHS fields.
• Minimum 5 years EHS experiences in manufacturing, construction, project or facility maintenance.
• Licensed SHO with minimum of 3 years of practical experiences.
• Direct experience dealing with regulatory agencies (e.g. DOSH/ DOE/ BOMBA/ MoH/ Atom Malaysia/MBPP) and/or compliance officers is preferred.
• Experience in implementation of comprehensive EHS management systems
• Experience with hazard and risk assessments (HIRARC) in manufacturing environment.
• Experiences in ERT, Fire Safety, Ergonomics, Machine Guarding, Industrial Hygiene, Process Hazard Management, Chemical/gas safety management and Occupational Health.
• Engineering control concepts and design with practical implementation experience
• Strong computer and database skills
• Others: certified with CePSWAM (Scheduled Waste Competent Person), Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) is preferred.
