Responsibilities
Primary Function:
- Responsible to drive AI/ML transformation and adoption as well as support strategic & supply chain programs/projects in execution of program/project management activities, business model process mapping, data analysis, solution development, testing & deployment of enhancements or new process/business models.
Principal Duties / Responsibilities:
- Drive AI/ML transformation and adoption within the organization by sharing/demonstraing use cases.
- Perform critical business analysis and simulation on end-to-end supply chain to identify potential gaps/opportunities and recommend solution in quick turnaround
- Develop process and task automation using high-level programming langauage such as Python
- Support RapidResponse vertical integration for all sites across worldwide enabling end-to-end supply chain visibility
- Develop Rapidresponse workbook and report to improve operation planning reporting and analysis, covering procurement and planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organization team supporting business requirement, solution development & implementation
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics or equivalent
- Experience in MRP migration, system integration and process automation
- Strong technical background in process automation, data and analytics technologies
- Experience in cross-functional, cross-organization collaboration
- Preferred to have knowledge in Oracle, RapidResponse, AI/ML, Python
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
