The job is about managing Keysight Distribution and eCommerce sales channel to market and gain share in the assigned territories, with the Transactional product portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Corporate Account Manager role is accountable for managing the channel partners business relationship and sales performance
Responsibilities
The main CAM accountability is to assess the Keysight competitive positioning in the Transactional product market and develop a set of actions and initiative through the channels to gain market share. Its main responsibilities are:- define and execute a channel strategy according to region priorities and market opportunities.
- implement a partner performance management processes based on joint planning, review, corrective actions.
- Enable the eCommerce adoption - Understand and provide feedback on Keysight competitive positioning - provide partners with leadership and business consultancy aimed at mutual benefit.- lead business and marketing planning process.
- engage with account managers and proactively visit top target accounts to create preference on Keysight distribution products
Qualifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelors or Master Degree
- Typically 10+ years experience in the T&M or high tech indirect channel channel management
- Possesses in-depth skills and analytical capabilities acquired through advanced training, study and experience
- Demonstrated skills and competencies on interpersonal communication, people management, Marketing and financial basics
