We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Practitioner to manage payroll processing for EMEA countries. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and support employees with payroll inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll tasks for EMEA countries.
- Ensuring that payroll activities, processes and results are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement.
- Responsible for the end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor.
- Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter.
- Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables.
- Exploring opportunities to simplify and automate payroll processes to ensure maximum cost-efficiency and effectiveness.
- Temporary assignments or projects as the lead or team member.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Payroll operations knowledge or practical experience in HR/Payroll in a multinational environment is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English).
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude, proactive and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
