Responsibilities
- Solves a broad range of procurement support related problems, AOS escalation, issues and lead creative solutions to ensure AOS stability.
- Establishes and manages supplier relationships including MOQ management, support end to end process from reviewing demand and supply, PO management/ processing, rescheduling/ pull list management, shortage closure, On time delivery (OTD), shipment arrangement, defective parts Management to avoid impact to customer’s/ Keysight operation.
- Support revenue maximization and Inventory optimization initiatives.
- Lead/support process improvement efforts to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance and work towards continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Good in time management to manage multiple escalations, projects in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Strong in analytical and negotiation skills.
