Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of business plans and strategic marketing programs to drive semiconductor market segments growth in Taiwan.
  • Responsible to obtain and analyze industry and customer insights, identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead sales engagements and business development projects requiring coordination with other functions, customers and third parties
  • Act as interface between customers and Wafer Test Solutions Group
  • Develop and execute NPI strategies and share knowledge and insights with stakeholders
  • The ideal candidate should have a sound test and measurement background and exposure to customers-facing experiences, include both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • Typically >8 years of relevant work experience with a specific focus on Semiconductor (especially foundry business) in a customer focused environment
  • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or customer application development.
  • Sound business judgment with intimate knowledge of customer organizations and markets are preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer foundry business model, product development lifecycle and/or software test automation is an added advantage.
  • Self-starter and effective facilitator who demonstrate ability to work across different functions and regions.
  • A customer-first and holistic solution-oriented mindset with positive and aggressive sales-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, goal oriented, self-motivated, demonstrates sense of urgency and passion for the role.
  • Demonstrated rapid skill development for both technical as well as business aspects
