This role primarily focuses on software applications and helping users gain knowledge about how to better use our internal resources and platforms including Microsoft Office 365 cloud, Success Factors,Knowledge Management, Concur, etc. as well as be able to fix issues when things don’t go so smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate leadership skills leading onsite team in Windows and MAC training, development, and troubleshooting
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
- Ability to work closely and comfortably with executive leaders building confidence in our IT value
- Responsible for Onsite and regional audio-conferencing technologies - video conferencing systems, MS Teams, MS teams-enabled meeting room phones (Poly), potentially expanding to voice technologies like Session Border Controllers and Voice Gateways)
-Standard 8am-5pm PST, Mon-Fri. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Solid understanding of different hardware and software platforms from iOS to Android, Windows and Mac OS.
- Knowledgeable about the Microsoft environment on both Mobile and PC platforms.
- Excellent people skills, able to articulate your knowledge and experience to users for best practices, tips, tricks and insights.
- Audio visual experience (Bluetooth, audio settings in the operating system, headsets, soft phone services, etc.)
- Experience with collaboration platforms (Teams/Zoom, Sharepoint, Onedrive, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft and Mac command line interfaces.
- Understanding of Microsoft ActiveSync and Active Directory Architecture.
- MDM (mobile Device Management) structure.
Additional skills (not required but valuable)
- You have an aptitude for acquiring skills in technical repairs and an eagerness to learn.
- You have excellent customer service, time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
