We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR policies, and procedures ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The HR Manager will provide guidance and support to employees, management, and leadership on HR-related matters within the country. This role involves managing talent acquisition, learning and development, labor compliance, HR operations, HR vendors management, and providing business support to various departments. The HR Manager also champions equal opportunity and diversity initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace. This position requires the incumbent to work from the office. This role will report to country HR head.


Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
    • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring practices to build a diverse workforce.
  2. Learning & Development (L&D):
    • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
    • Identify business training needs.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
    • Ensure training programs are inclusive and accessible to all employees.
  3. Labor Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and implement necessary changes to company policies.
  4. HR Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day HR operations
    • Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
    • Ensure HR operations support a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  5. HR Vendors Management:
    • Manage relationships with HR vendors, including recruitment agencies, compliance partner etc.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet service level agreements.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.
  6. Business Support:
    • Partner with business leaders and global business HR to provide HR support and guidance on various country specific initiatives and matters.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
    • Support organizational change initiatives and manage the impact on employees.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably as an HR Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
