Responsibilities

Keysight Riscure Security Solution is looking for an experienced, technical, solution-selling professional for the cyber security product and services in Japan.

This individual will work closely with local sales teams, channel account managers, value added resellers, distributors and technical partners to identify and close sales opportunities in major accounts in the country.

This sales professional will be responsible for taking share from competitors, creating new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Success in this role requires close teamwork with local Keysight sales organizations, Sales partners, and Applications Engineers to develop, qualify, prioritize opportunities and turn these opportunities into sales. A key skill is the ability to lead and drive internal teams to manage deals involving local sales team and support organizations.


Qualifications

This position requires at least 3-8 years of sales experience with an emphasis on test equipment and / or professional services.

  • Experience in customer facing (sales or project manager) position
  • Passion and curiosity for cyber security and willing to continuously learn and improve
  • Ability to identify customer demands, pain point, and deliver the value proposition of Riscure offerings at engineer level
  • Ability to create a vision, convey the message in a persuasive manner and demonstrate a drive to succeed
  • Experience in cyber security in general or industry background of Automotive or Semiconductor is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and a good team-player
  • BS/MS in or equivalent education/experience is beneficial
  • Available to travel
