Keysight is looking for a lead Product Manager to help us build the next-generation capabilities across our Process and Data Management strategy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our Process and Data Management products portfolio. You will lead the strategy, development, and execution of process and data management solutions that meet market needs and drive business value and growth.

The ideal candidate will offer expertise in EDA software and process and data product management. The ideal candidate will bring a mature and refined product management toolkit including intimate familiarity with EDA software development methodologies, roadmap development & strategic planning, prioritization, metrics definition & data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement – the ideal candidate will be able to teach these skills to others.

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for process and data management initiatives
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative data management products and solutions
• Take ownership of Process and Data Management products and solutions and lead them to success based on key metrics like usage and revenue growth
• Collaborate with sales and solutions architects to meet with interested customers to help communicate the overall value and validate product market fit
• Focus on customer scenarios, seeking to understand customer pain points and building functionalities that offer a compelling value-proposition across the broader customer base
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Process and Data Management applications
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable roadmap, and manage the backlog by prioritizing critical features based on the business case
• Stay informed about advancements and changes in Process and Data Management and EDA technologies, market trends, and competitive intelligence, and leverage that information to steer roadmap and strategy
• Work with marketing team to produce content for marketing collateral and updates
• Create and update product parts, perform pricing evaluation, and coordinate price changes in alignment with the stakeholders
• Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Attend industry events to connect with customers, partners, and leaders in industry verticals
• Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product success

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years experience in product management with a focus on EDA software and/or process and data management solutions
• Demonstrated technical leadership in guiding EDA software engineers and developers, and product managers either technically or managerially
• Demonstrated success in leading EDA software initiatives from concept to launch
• Working experience in the development, launching, and supporting EDA software and/or process and data management solutions
• Hands-on product management experience in an EDA software environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and budget control
• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and drive impactful partnerships
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

CA pay range: MIN $189,090 – MAX $315,140
