If this sounds like a great opportunity to further develop your contract skills and hone your supplier relationship skills, then this job is for you! You will have the opportunity to join the Keysight NPI Supply Chain Team as a Contract Specialist/Supplier Relationship Manager and work collaboratively with our Procurement team to help the company achieve its business objectives while minimizing risk. Additionally, your role will be to manage key critical supplier relationships. This includes supplier management, negotiating contracts, monitoring supplier performance, and developing and executing to project plans.
You will play a crucial role in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives. This involves drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to secure the best possible outcomes for the organization.


You may also participate in or lead process improvement efforts in areas such as NPI, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality. Your expertise in contract management and negotiations will be key to driving successful supplier partnerships and achieving strategic procurement goals.


Qualifications
• 5-7 years of commercial contract knowledge; drafting and negotiating is REQUIRED
• Knowledge and experience in manufacturing or Supply Chain
• Provide contract development, contract administration and contract management support to NPI Supply Chain
• Manage contracts including involvement through initial price negotiations and milestone structures, potential change orders through execution and review for compliance
• Assist with the beginning to end process for contracts, sometimes includes assisting with approvals or signatures.
• Ensure that signed contracts are finalized, including communication to relevant parties
• Manage contract close-out, extension, or renewals while drafting and reviewing, negotiating and finalizing certain forms of contracts, such as MSA, SOW, CDA/NDA & Software License agreements
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and their legal teams.
• Provide creative contracting and process solutions to solve unique problems while mitigating risk to the company.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP methodology
• Excellent analytic skills and strong ability to retain and relay large amounts of information
• Demonstrated ability to be detail oriented
• Strong, independent, self-starter
• Able to support global and/or multiple site locations
• Self-motivated individual who values on-going training and development in a work environment
• May reside in either Colorado Springs, CO or Santa Rosa, CA, open to relocation support

Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

Santa Rosa, California pay range: MIN $82,550.00, MIDPOINT $110,060.00 - MAX $137,580.00

Colorado pay range: MIN $76,430.00, MIDPOINT $101,900.00 - MAX $127,380.00

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region
